Student Project Grants: Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization 2021–2022

 

Background and Objectives

The Faculty of Education is committed to fostering a student community that is grounded in values of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization (EDID). The recent Final Report from the Task Force on Race, Indigeneity and Social Justice highlighted the need to support student-led initiatives and activities that promote student recruitment, retention and success.

These projects aim to build capacity in addressing student EDID matters in the Faculty of Education. The selected student projects demonstrate ways by which they will advance equity, diversity, inclusion, decolonization, anti-racism and Indigenization for undergraduate and graduate students.
